US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, lead the team, and deliver accurate financial reporting across divisions.

The role drives internal controls, process improvements, and KPI attainment while partnering with regional finance and corporate accounting teams. This remote position supports leases via CoStar, Blackline, and SOX controls, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of leading projects or people preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases.
• Manage lease entries, reconciliations and rollforwards in Blackline.
• Coordinate CoStar data imports and journal entries; ensure SOX tie-out.
• Oversee lease classifications, extensions, terminations, and loading in CoStar.
• Monitor internal controls; perform analytical reviews and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
• Travel minimal.
