US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to lead the fixed asset and leasing accounting team and deliver accurate financial reporting across divisions. The role focuses on overseeing close processes, internal controls, and process improvements while guiding staff to meet KPIs.

The position is remote Anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and territories) with minimal travel, and offers an annual incentive plan.

Formación

• Must possess minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.

• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, process improvements, and/or people preferred
• 
• Advanced skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Lead staff to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month/quarter end close for leases.
• Manage lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards.
• Coordinate exports from CoStar for journal entries and SOX tie out.
• Oversee lease classifications and loading in CoStar.
• Review and resolve lease accounting issues within area of responsibility.
• Perform tests of financial reporting control procedures.
