Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources across online programs, partnering with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.

You will optimize resource accuracy, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness while aligning with curriculum and institutional goals. Strong collaboration, vendor management, and data analysis skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; analyze data to improve usage.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and collaborate across departments.
