Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a Learning Resources Vendor Associate for a remote role. You will support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that underpin academic programs, coordinating with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.

You will ensure resources meet curriculum goals, optimize costs, and drive collaboration across departments with data-driven decisions. This is a remote position with state-by-state eligibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Experience in learning resources operations or vendor management is required or preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and goals.
• Support data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to improve the student and faculty experience.
