Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. This is a remote position for those in approved states.

You will be the liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations; 3 years experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources align with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
