Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that back academic programs.

You will liaise between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective while aligning with curriculum and institutional goals. This remote role reports to the Director of Learning Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• 3 years in learning resource vendor management and program development.
• Project management and ability to multitask across priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; report to Director of Learning Resources.
