Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that back academic programs. This remote role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

You will serve as a liaison among faculty, partners, vendors and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and cost-efficient while aligning with curriculum. The ideal candidate has LMS experience and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• One year of experience for learning resource bookstore operations and service support team; three years for learning resource vendor management and program development team.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• The ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between faculty, vendors, internal partners, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
