Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources for academic programs. This is a remote position within the United States.

You will bridge communication among faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, and aligned with curriculum and goals. Strong project management and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• One year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support.
• Three years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources meet curriculum goals.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources and align resources with institutional goals.
