Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that power our academic programs. This remote role reports to the Director of Learning Resources and serves as a liaison among faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong project management and collaboration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations or 3 years in learning resource vendor management/program development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments with external partners; proficient with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• Blend operational execution, vendor management, data analysis and cross-department collaboration to enhance student and faculty experience in online learning.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
