Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to join our Learning Experience Design team. You’ll own the end-to-end creation of high‑quality instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs, shaping materials with SMEs and instructors to achieve strong learner outcomes.

This remote flexible role can be based in any of these states, requiring collaboration across modalities and strong editing, proofreading, and AI-enabled workflows to drive impact and timely course

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Content development experience across multiple modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio content.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and instructors to sharpen and refine material.
• Outcomes-focused design with KPIs and learner outcomes.
• Ability to independently manage project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, or data courses or healthcare Allied Health content.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as Learning Producer for new courses, defining and executing synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard of clarity and learner-friendliness, leveraging AI tools.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, the LX team, client-facing teams and other stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards across the team.
