Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Content Development Manager for its Learning Experience Design team. The role owns end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare-related programs, helping adult learners upgrade their careers.

You will collaborate with SMEs and instructors to shape course content, and drive outcomes with a consultative, detail-oriented approach. This remote-flexible position values strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, plus

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
Content development across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio, and more.
Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Experience working with SMEs and instructors to convert targets into course elements.
Ability to manage timelines independently and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
Act as Learning Producer for new courses and execute on the vision.
Write, edit, and proofread instructional content leveraging AI tools.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure content meets business objectives and launch timelines.
Maintain and improve content quality standards across the team.
