Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to join the Learning Experience Design team. You’ll own the end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare courses, from concept to production.

You’ll collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and project managers to translate learning targets into engaging learning experiences, with a focus on clarity, effectiveness, and ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design or course development.
• End-to-end ownership from concept to production.
• Experience designing for broad audiences and digestible concepts.
• Multimodal content development (written, video, live/webinar, audio).
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs/instructors to translate content into courses.
• Outcomes-focused with KPI-driven learning.
• Able to independently manage project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating capabilities.
• Experience developing AI/tech/data or healthcare content.
• People management experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses and implement synchronous/asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and presenters to refine and gamify lectures.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards.
