Job summary

Springboard, a leading online education company, is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to own the end-to-end creation of instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. You’ll shape courses from concept to launch, collaborating with SME instructors, learning producers, and LX team to drive ambitious learner outcomes in a remote, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design or content development.
• Experience across modalities: written content, video, live sessions, audio.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to translate targets into course elements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
