Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Content Development Manager to own end-to-end instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. You’ll drive high-quality materials from concept to final production, working closely with SMEs and instructors to transform learning targets into engaging experiences.

The role emphasizes a “learning producer” mindset, fast-paced execution, and collaboration with LX teams, project managers, and client-facing teams to meet ambitious learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design or content development.
• End-to-end ownership of course creation.
• Experience making content accessible for general audiences and technical concepts.
• Content across modalities: written, video, live/webinar, audio.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and instructors to refine material.
• A portfolio or examples of work you’ve built.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities (written, video, live sessions, audio).
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses, creating a vision for synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to a high standard.
• Collaborate with SMEs/instructors to shape lectures and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and improve content quality standards across the team.
