Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager for its Learning Experience team, owning end-to-end instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare certification programs. The role blends high-level vision with hands-on development, working with SMEs to elevate lectures and content quality.

You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure content aligns with learner outcomes and delivery timelines, using AI tools to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in learning design or content development.
• End-to-end ownership of course creation.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to refine material.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating AI, tech, or healthcare course content.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Strong KPI-focused outcomes experience.
• Ability to manage project timelines independently.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle of course content across multiple modalities.
• Act as Learning Producer for synchronous and asynchronous components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content with AI support.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and presenters to refine lectures.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content workflows and meet timelines.
• Maintain and improve content quality standards.
