Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Content Development Manager to own end-to-end instructional content across AI, tech, and healthcare programs. You’ll work with mentors, instructors, and LX teammates to shape engaging courses, writing and editing to a high standard while aligning with learner outcomes.

You’ll manage timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for adult learners seeking career advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning design, content development, or course development.
• End-to-end ownership of course creation.
• Experience designing for a general audience or translating technical concepts.
• Multimedia content development across modalities.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, editing skills.
• Ability to work with SMEs and instructors to sharpen material.
• Outcomes-focused with KPI-driven design.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as a Learning Producer for new courses and execute on the vision.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content leveraging AI tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and presenters to refine content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development workflows.
• Partner with project managers and other teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Maintain and improve content quality standards across the team.
