Job summary

Springboard is seeking a seasoned Content Development Manager to join our Learning Experience Design team. You will own end-to-end creation of high-quality instructional content across AI and tech courses and healthcare programs, helping adult learners advance their careers.

You will collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and cross-functional teams, guide content from concept to delivery, and maintain high standards. This remote role offers flexible work and opportunities to impact learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.
• Content development across modalities: written content, video, live/webinar, audio, etc.
• You are a strong writer, proofreader, and editor with impeccable editing eye.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and instructors to shape content.
• Outcomes-focused with KPI-driven learning design.
• Ability to manage own project timelines independently.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
• Experience developing AI, tech, data, or healthcare instructional content.
• People management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of course content development across multiple modalities.
• Act as Learning Producer for synchronous and asynchronous learning components.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content to high clarity and learner-friendliness, leveraging AI.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance content development workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers, LX team, client teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain and continuously improve content quality standards across the team.
