Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leader, Partner Sales to build and scale partner go-to-market for incubation products across GSI/advisory, SP/telco, ISV/OEM, hyperscaler, and frontier-model providers.

You will lead a dedicated team, shape the partner operating plan, and align with category leadership to drive portfolio growth and investments. You will collaborate with Portfolio and Specialist Partner Managers, drive strategic partner programs, and develop repeatable plays and joint offers with

Qualifications

12+ years of proven experience managing and coaching a team of sales professionals or individual contributors to achieve performance goals.
6+ years of demonstrated ability to build and implement an annual partner operating plan across multiple routes to market.
5+ years of experience with financial data proficiency and leading partner economics, MDF, and co-sell incentives.
Consistent track record of executive interlock, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
