Planet Green Search is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success for a cybersecurity DLP AI platform. You will lead onboarding for Fortune 500 clients, translate cyber risk into product requirements, and drive post-sale success across global teams while maintaining a strong customer experience.

The role emphasizes a cybersecurity co-pilot mindset, policy tuning, and strategic engagement with CISOs.

Qualifications

• Master the DLP AI Engine and policy tuning.
• Onboard customers quickly with live drills, simulations, and executive playbooks.
• Monitor policy adoption, leak attempts, and user friction to preempt churn.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale cybersecurity strategy and customer success for a DLP AI platform.
• Translate frontline feedback into sprint zero work and roadmap items.
• Orchestrate onboarding and deployment of DLP AI across customer environments.
• Partner with Engineering to reproduce, prioritize, and fix DLP gaps quickly.
• Manage a team of technical account managers and customer success engineers.
