Job summary
Planet Green Holdings seeks a Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success to lead post-sale cybersecurity initiatives for a pioneering DLP AI platform. You will onboard global teams, translate risk into product needs, and drive ROI that resonates with CISOs.
You’ll act as the voice for customers, build scalable processes, and coach a team to turn every support ticket into a cybersecurity success story. Hybrid remote/work arrangement with field engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience leading post-sale cybersecurity / customer success teams.
- Ability to translate security risk into product requirements for engineering.
- Excellent executive communication with CISOs and boards.
Responsibilities
- Master the DLP AI Engine and translate policy needs for CISOs.
- Orchestrate onboarding at cyber speed with live drills and executive playbooks.
- Run customer health dashboards to predict churn and prevent problems.
- Feed the roadmap with frontline intel to ship zero-day defenses.
- Scale a world-class cyber success team through hiring and coaching.
- Triage incidents with Engineering to close gaps before they spread.
- Travel about 30% for on-site workshops and executive engagements.
