Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years substation design experience for Lead level, 8+ years for Senior/Principal level.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborative leader capable of working in team environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute physical and P&C substation projects.
• Perform quality control checks on design projects.
• Create and verify substation design drawings.
• Generate and check bill of materials for projects.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Safety Code in designs.
• Collaborate with designers and drafters to create project documentation.
