Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and business partners to improve the AIOps strategy and expand automation enterprise-wide.

You will guide small teams, execute on strategic milestones, and present metrics to executives, helping reduce toil and improve customer experiences while evolving Humana's SRE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
5+ years leading projects or teams in SRE, DevOps, or automation.
Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience delivering metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.

Responsibilities
