Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering through AI‑powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams and business partners to advance the AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation enterprise‑wide.

You will lead small teams, contribute to strategic milestones, and mentor others while staying focused on measurable business outcomes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with application, automation or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices and metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with executive‑level updates.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization with AI-powered operations and automation.
• Partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to drive AIOps strategy and automation.
• Direct small teams to advance automation footprint and meet strategic milestones.
