Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will lead teams, partner with technology leaders and engineering groups, and advance the AIOps program with measurable business impact.

You will oversee design-to-production lifecycle, optimize production schedules, and advise executives on functional strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with automation or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with testing practices including unit tests and mocks.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities
