Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering with AI-driven operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to improve our AIOps strategy and expand automation across the enterprise.

This hands-on leader will guide teams through design-to-delivery cycles, manage multiple priorities, and provide executive-level updates on progress and metrics while advancing our automation

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in project, technical, or team leadership within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation.
• Hands-on experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with testing practices including unit testing and mocking.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives within the Site Reliability Engineering organization.
• Partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to implement AI-powered operations and automation.
• Drive AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency and expand automation enterprise-wide.
• Provide executive updates with metrics and dashboards to track progress.
• Mentor small teams and advance automation footprint while delivering strategic milestones.
