Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve our AIOps strategy, increase operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

This role leads small teams, interfaces with Humana leadership, and advances automation and strategic milestones for the AIOps program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead products from design completion to production release with SRE/DevOps mindset.
• Interact with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to analyze issues and provide technical support.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within SRE and evolve the AIOps program.
