Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to accelerate the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to advance the AIOps strategy and expand automation across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, drive strategic milestones, and engage executives to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency while upholding SRE best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to advance the automation footprint within Site Reliability Engineering.
• Execute on strategic milestones for the AIOps program.
• Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to shape the AIOps strategy.
• Drive transformation of the SRE organization through AI-powered operations and automation.
• Engage executives with metrics, dashboards, and updates to show progress and impact.
• Provide technical support across product engineering, quality, and manufacturing to resolve issues.
