Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a driven Operations Lead to own Top Partner Firms and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity across external reports and internal Salesforce data. You will guide a remote team, manage workloads, and partner with the Manager on coaching and performance reviews.

In a fast-moving environment, you will apply strategic thinking to ambiguous problems, improve reconciliation processes, and communicate proactively with external partners by email and phone.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external stakeholders.
• Experience working independently, taking initiative, and following through.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and make sound judgments.
• Sharp attention to detail when reconciling data across systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce or Filevine.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships and data integrity for top-tier referral partner firms.
• Reconcile external partner and firm reports with internal Salesforce data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies; be the go-to person for numbers.
• Manage day-to-day work of team members with the Manager; oversee workload and priorities.
• Support performance management including check-ins, coaching, and reviews.
• Improve reconciliation processes and reporting accuracy.
