TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm operating fully remote across the United States. We seek an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of law firm partners, using data and strong relationship management to drive performance and outcomes.

You’ll own onboarding, performance management, and identify opportunities for growth, collaborating with intake, operations, legal, and business development to ensure smooth case flow and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in account management or related roles.
• Experience driving outcomes through data and performance metrics.
• Cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of law firm partners and monitor performance.
• Onboard new partners and communicate underwriting model and processes.
• Analyze key metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Identify risks or inefficiencies and address them early.
• Collaborate with intake, operations, legal, and business development.
• Ensure strong case flow, client experience, and reporting.
• Own portfolio decisions and escalate when needed.
