TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationally scaling personal injury firm focused on ownership of the client experience from intake through litigation. We value rapid execution, data-driven decisions, and a culture of ownership.

You will join the Referral Partner Operations team as the go-to person for partner data integrity and reconciliation, partnering with the Manager to improve processes and reporting across Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment in gray areas.
• Strong attention to detail when reconciling data across systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce, Filevine, or similar CRM/case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship and data integrity for top referral partner firms.
• Tie out external partner and firm reports against internal Salesforce and reconciliation reports.
• Be the person the team calls when numbers don’t add up.
• Directly manage the day-to-day work of team members with the Manager.
• Support performance management with check-ins, coaching, and reviews.
• Continuously look for ways to improve reconciliation processes and reporting accuracy.
