The role focuses on owning top partner firm relationships, reconciling data across Salesforce and internal reports, and guiding a growing team with accountability and speed.

You will drive process improvements, coach peers, and contribute to scale with culture and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Independent, initiative-driven work style with minimal reminders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment in gray areas.
• Sharp attention to detail when reconciling data across systems/reports.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking to identify root causes.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce/Filevine/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and data integrity for top-tier referral partner firms.
• Tie out external partner and firm reports against internal Salesforce and reconciliation reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Be the go-to person when numbers don’t add up.
• Directly manage day-to-day work of team members with Manager on workload, quality, and priorities.
• Support performance management with check-ins, coaching, and reviews.
• Lead by example on accuracy, communication, and ownership.
• Communicate proactively with external partners by email and phone.
• Track outstanding partner emails; follow up and clarify questions to prevent delays.
• Apply strategic thinking to ambiguous problems; operate without a playbook.
• Present issues to Manager with proposed solutions.
• Continuously improve systems, reconciliation processes, and reporting accuracy.
