Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations to drive planning, financial discipline, and execution across the QE COE.

You will partner with Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and segment teams to enable transparent and effective operations. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, demand and capacity planning, and executive communications, with responsibilities spanning governance, resource onboarding, and strategic program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years in budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning.
• 5+ years in portfolio management, technology operations, or program management.
• 3+ years coordinating across stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience developing executive reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for QE COE.
• Coordinate portfolio rhythms, reviews, and governance routines.
• Monitor budgets, variances, and provide leadership insights.
• Develop executive presentations and business cases.
• Oversee vendor governance, contract planning, and renewals.
• Support onboarding and integration of resources into QE COEs.
• Coordinate onboarding, segmentation transitions, and associate engagement.
