Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and responsiveness.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile portfolio operations for the QE COE, aligning priorities, investments, demand, capacity, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate portfolio rhythms: PI Planning, Portfolio Reviews, ART Syncs, and governance forums.
• Partner with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to improve delivery predictability and risk management.
• Facilitate portfolio governance to align initiatives, funding, capacity and commitments.
• Track cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalations affecting delivery.
• Ensure SAFe, Lean Portfolio practices align with enterprise standards and governance.
• Support OKR tracking, value realization, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Support enterprise quality transformation initiatives and strategic priorities.
