Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in management, finance, business, or information technology.
- 5+ years in portfolio management, technology operations, or related fields.
- Experience developing executive-level reports and dashboards.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Agile portfolio operations for QE COE, aligning priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate PI Planning, Portfolio Reviews, and governance forums.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters.
- Track dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple teams.
- Ensure SAFe and Lean practices align with enterprise standards.
- Support OKR tracking and value realization across the portfolio.
