Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations.

This role enables operational health, planning, and financial discipline across the QE COE, coordinating with Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and segment teams. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and supplier governance while guiding on onboarding and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Management, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning.
5+ years in portfolio management or technology operations.
3+ years in tech orgs, ops teams, or transformation programs.
Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and materials.
Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day portfolio operations for the QE COE, aligning with priorities and execution.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for QE organization.
Develop executive materials and monthly leadership reviews.
Oversee vendor management, contract planning, and service level tracking.
Coordinate onboarding and integration of resources into QE COEs.
Provide executive communications, decision logs, and governance materials.
Deliver dashboards and reports for performance, capacity, and risk insights.
Support transformation initiatives and innovation programs within QE.
