Job summary

The role partners with Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and QE leadership to improve transparency and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing budgeting, vendor governance, resource planning, and executive communications while coordinating onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management, Finance, Business, IT or related field.
- 5+ years budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning experience.
- 5+ years portfolio management, technology business operations, program management, strategic planning, or workforce planning experience.
- 3+ years supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, portfolio functions, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the QE COE.
- Coordinate portfolio operating rhythms, reviews, and governance routines.
