Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, technology business operations, program management, strategic planning, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, portfolio functions, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentation materials.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile portfolio operations for the Enterprise Software Quality Engineering COE, aligning strategic priorities, investments, demand, capacity, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate portfolio operating rhythms including PI Planning, Portfolio Reviews, ART Syncs, leadership reviews, governance forums, and planning cycles.
• Partner with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to improve delivery predictability, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution effectiveness.
• Facilitate portfolio governance processes to align initiatives, funding, capacity, and strategic commitments.
• Track and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and escalations affecting portfolio delivery.
• Ensure Agile, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management practices align with enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
• Support OKR tracking, value realization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
