Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering COE to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance across the QE portfolio. You will coordinate demand, capacity, and execution while delivering executive‑level reporting and insights.

You will partner with Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and segment teams to enhance transparency, planning, and transformation, guiding onboarding and integration of resources into the QE COEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning processes.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, technology business operations, program management, strategic planning, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, portfolio functions, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentation materials.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day portfolio operations for the Enterprise Software Quality Engineering COE, ensuring alignment of priorities, demand, capacity, and execution.
• Coordinate portfolio operating rhythms, planning cycles, intake processes and governance routines.
• Manage QE operational intake and demand coordination processes, ensuring requests are tracked, assessed, prioritized, and routed.
• Partner with leadership to maintain visibility into portfolio performance, delivery commitments, risks, and issues.
• Prepare materials for portfolio reviews, executive discussions, and decision-making forums.
• Align portfolio practices with Humana’s Enterprise Portfolio Management and Lean Portfolio Management frameworks where applicable.
