Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology required.
5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or workforce planning experience.
5+ years in portfolio management, technology operations, program management, or strategic planning.
Experience with executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management for QE organization.
Monitor budget performance and provide monthly executive reporting and insights.
Develop materials for executive reviews, business cases, and investment discussions.
Coordinate governance, vendor management, and supplier relationship activities.
Manage onboarding and integration of resources transitioning into QE COEs.
Deliver accurate reporting, dashboards, and executive scorecards for leadership.
