Humana is seeking a Lead, Portfolio Management – Quality Engineering Business Operations to enable operational health, planning, and financial discipline across the Quality Engineering COE. The role partners with Enterprise Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and segments to improve transparency and execution in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning processes.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, technology business operations, program management, strategic planning, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting technology organizations, business operations teams, portfolio functions, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentation materials.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day portfolio operations for the Enterprise Software Quality Engineering COE, helping ensure alignment across strategic priorities, demand, capacity, and execution.
• Coordinate portfolio operating rhythms, including leadership reviews, planning cycles, intake processes, and governance routines.
• Manage QE operational intake and demand coordination processes, ensuring requests are tracked, assessed, prioritized, and routed appropriately.
• Partner with leadership to maintain visibility into portfolio performance, delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, and operational issues.
• Support organizational planning activities and help prepare materials for portfolio reviews, executive discussions, and decision-making forums.
• Align portfolio practices with Humana’s Enterprise Portfolio Management and Lean Portfolio Management frameworks where applicable.
