Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business or IT.
• 5+ years budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, or resource planning experience.
• 5+ years portfolio management, tech operations, program management or strategic planning.
• 3+ years supporting technology organizations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the QE COE.
• Monitor budget performance and provide monthly executive insights.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and business cases.
• Lead vendor management and contract governance activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of resources into COEs.
