Job summary

Saab,Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive cost/schedule baselines, performance analysis, and EAC processes. The role partners with stakeholders across locations to ensure timely program execution and EVMS compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong MS Project skills, extensive EVMS experience, and the ability to coordinate with IPT leads while mentoring teams in scheduling best practices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in planning, scheduling, and EVMS processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Present program reviews to senior leadership; coordinate with multiple IPT leads.
