Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization.

This role is eligible for full-time remote work and requires expert use of MS Project and related scheduling tools to manage complex programs across multiple locations. You will lead baselining, performance analysis, and EVMS compliance while mentoring teams and coordinating with program leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficient with MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, EVMS and related scheduling tools.
• Experience with IMP/IMS development and maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance.
• Mentor teams in program performance management tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Perform advanced analysis in EAC, MR, risk and opportunity management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and coordinate timely program deliverables.
• Lead development of detailed IMP and IMS to meet contract goals.
