Job summary

Saab AB in the United States seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support complex schedules, EVMS compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. This remote role requires expert in MS Project and a proven track record in program planning and cost-control.

You will develop IMP/IMS, analyze EAC, mentor teams, and present reviews to senior leadership while coordinating data across locations. This is a full-time remote opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, government contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance and EAC; monitor Estimates at Complete and present to leadership.
• Mentor PM teams in scheduling tools and processes; coordinate with multiple IPT leads.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules data into program data.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits and timely deliverables.
• Lead IMP/IMS development for proposals and integration of cost/schedule data.
• Coordinate and ensure timely program deliverables across multiple locations.
