Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role offers full-time remote work with a focus on planning, scheduling, EVMS, and performance analysis across multiple programs.

You will mentor teams, integrate cost/schedule data, and drive improvements in EVMS and scheduling tools, coordinating with IPT leads across locations. A BA/BS and 8+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Mentor program teams in planning tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Prepare and present program reviews to senior leadership.
