Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. The role focuses on planning, performance analysis, and EVMS compliance across multiple sites and with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with MS Project, EVMS, and related scheduling tools, capable of mentoring teams and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and EAC.
• Mentor program teams in planning, scheduling tools, and EVMS practices.
• Interface with IPT leads and PMs across locations and ensure EVMS compliance.
