Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role offers full-time remote work and requires expertise in MS Project and EVMS.

The candidate will lead cost/schedule baselines, monitor performance, and mentor teams across multiple geographic locations, ensuring integration with contract modifications and providing timely program reviews.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and review EAC with program teams.
• Mentor program teams in planning, scheduling, EVMS and related processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
