Job summary

Saab AB in the United States is seeking a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to drive program planning, performance analysis, and EVMS compliance. The role supports multiple programs with complex, cross-location collaboration and offers full-time remote work.

You will mentor teams, develop detailed IMP/IMS, and integrate cost/schedule data while enabling proactive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Deltek Cobra and EVMS concepts.
• Experience in DoD programs with EVM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and communicate results to leadership.
• Mentor program teams in planning, scheduling tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Manage EAC, Management Reserve, risk and opportunity management.
• Prepare accurate program review documentation for senior leadership.
• Ensure schedule health checks, resource loading and critical path analysis are applied.
• Coordinate with IPT leads across locations and maintain integrated IMS/IMP for proposals.
• Support audits and EVMS compliance and drive process improvements.
