You will lead cost/schedule baselines, monitor EAC, mentor teams, and ensure EVMS compliance across multi-location projects. Responsibilities include developing IMP/IMS, conducting risk analyses, presenting to senior leadership, and integrating subcontractor data.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, or government contractor environment.
• Proven track record managing complex schedules and partnering with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Mentor program teams in scheduling tools and processes; act as SME.
• Integrate subcontractor costs and schedules into program data.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and conduct audits; resolve network logic conflicts.
