Fuze Health is seeking a Product Manager for FuzeRx to define and deliver product initiatives that advance patient care, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth. You will own the roadmap for your product area and partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders to solve meaningful problems for patients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• ~2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics).
• ~ Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments.
• ~ Clear, concise communication skills — able to write effective specs and drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners.
• ~ Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triage features, bugs, and requests, and connect engineering work to the end-user experience.
• Articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices.
• Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy.
